Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date
- This is your first refund request (one refund per customer)
How to Request a Refund

- Include your purchase email and transaction ID
- Briefly tell us why you are requesting a refund (optional, helps us improve)
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5-10 business days).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You have previously received a refund from us
- There is evidence of abuse or fraud
Important Note
A refund does not guarantee reinstatement of your e-commerce account. We provide tools to help you create appeals, but the final decision rests with the respective platform (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.).
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription products, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
